Chuck Warns

Bruce Winand
[Inducted in 2001 to the Towsontowne Volunteer Hall of Fame]

The late Bruce Winand became just the third inductee into the Towsontowne Recreation and Parks Council Hall of Fame. Bruce served Towsontowne in numerous capacities in more than 10 years of involvement with the community. He was involved as chairman, registrar, equipment manager, age group commissioner, coach, referee/umpire coordinator, and parent in both soccer and baseball.  He gave countless hours to both the in-house and travel programs for both programs.
Bruce managed his organizational and supervisory duties with warmth and humor.  He was a great representative of and asset to the Towsontowne Recreation and Parks Council.

Cliff Gillespie

Cliff, who has been involved with Towsontowne Recreation Council girls’ athletics for 32 years, is a sterling model of the values that a recreation volunteer should embody, and an inspiration to all of us. He is a most worthy recipient of this honor.

Pat Wagner

Pat, who has been devoted to the Towsontowne Recreation Council Ballet and Tap dance program for well over 20 years, is a testament of dedication and an exceptional example of the principles and commitment a recreation volunteer should exemplify. We are fortunate and honored to have Pat in our Hall of Fame.
